Deposit

A minimum deposit of RM100 is required for bookings outside of the holiday season. During the holiday season such as public holidays and school holidays, a deposit payment of 50% of the total rental price must be made to guarantee the booking. The balance of the rent can be settled upon arrival.

Payment Method

Payment can be made through an online banking transfer, or by cash payment.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified at least 1 week before the day of arrival. We apologize that the booking deposit made cannot be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 1 week before the day of arrival.

Deposit Return

Full refund of the deposit can be made if it involves emergency cases that impede travel and holidays such as natural disasters, accidents, deaths, riots, emergencies and cross -border travel obstructions by the authorities.
